In a book by Jayasimha (Tirumalesha Hari Vitthala Dasaru), published by Parimala Geleyara Balaga in 2005, with a preface by Sri Sushameendra Teertha, the Vrundavana of Sri Jayateertha is mentioned as being at Malakhed. However, in another book published in 2015, Jayasimha refers to it as Nava Vrundavana.
